A series of 5 yoga classes Harmonious Flow 2020 ~ 2021 🙂
5 online classes at auspicious times for a harmonious transition 2020-2021
The sessions are done on Zoom and we offer 2 options:
1. Classes start at 8:30am EST – 2hrs sessions: teachings, journaling, visualizations, vortex meditation and yoga practice according to the theme of the day.
2. Classes start at 9:30am EST – 60min sessions: Theme-based teachings, guided pranayamas (breathing techniques), mudras (hand yoga) and asanas (yoga postures).
If you miss a session, you will have access to the registration.
Monday, December 21st: – breathing technique and clarity of the mind – (air element – waxing moon)
Wednesday, December 30: – align with the rhythm and frequency what makes our heart sing, and letting go of the rest (fire element – full moon ).
Friday, January 1, 2021: – setting up the intention for the new year, leading to creation – e~motions (water element) mandala making
Wednesday January 6th : – embodying in the matter, embodiment (earth element, waning moon)
Thursday, January 13th: integration of all in one and oneness (aether element, new moon) cacao ceremony
How to prepare for the program :
– choose a quiet place dedicated to your practice
– Settle in 5 minutes before the class starts
– write down in your journal some thoughts before and after the course
– have a representation of the 5 elements of your environment:
* rock or plant (earth) * shell or glass of water * candle for fire * feather or quote (air) * crystal (ether)
– have a glass of water to drink while practicing
– a yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion and a block

teaching techniques based on the 5 elements to harmonize the 5 bodies
personal practice and also with students
evaluation and review
certification accredited by Yoga Alliance International (required for insurance) RYS200
Follow-up of the course:
One weekend per month: Friday from 15h-19h, Saturday from 9h-18h, Sunday from 9h-17h, with a lunch break on 🙂.
3 classes during the week
self-practice and study of certain documents: philosophy, anatomy, development of sequences, …
diary and observation of the application of ethics in everyday life
The program can be followed online or in person (Neuchatel region, Switzerland).
