The Equinox is the time or date (twice each year) at which the sun crosses the celestial equator, when day and night are of equal length (about September 22 and March 20).
When we follow a dharmic journey, we take in consideration Nature’s Wisdom and the alignments with the Moon Cycles and Seasons. Today is a transition of season with the Fall Equinox in the northern hemisphere, and Spring Equinox in the southern hemisphere.
It is a moment where the light and the dark are in balance. A special occasion inviting us to explore the balance in between our conscious and subconscious mind.
For the people who practice the DHARMI Method and/or the Vortex of Energy Meditation regularly, we are moving the location of the Elements.
Today, in the northern hemisphere, we place:
- Air Element to the East. This Element is symbol of Autumn, the time when the leaves fall from the trees, letting go of what is not needed anymore, clarification of mind and space.
- Fire Element to the South
- Water Element to the West
- Earth Element to the North
- Ether Element balance from within all around, above, below, within us.
Some external circumstances that happened yesterday brought a complete shift in today’s program for me. It gave me space to clarify many aspects that were in stand-by. It gave me the opportunity to nurture a relationship. It gave me the chance to be at the right time, at the right place, to experience a beautiful, meaningful moment with “un hermano del camino”.
Letting go of expectations and attachments is a gift that open doors to divine alignments on the journey.
After releasing some preconceptions that I observed in my meditation this morning_ my Map today brought me to the intention of openness and wisdom. It is when I listen that I can share with an open heart, which gives me a sensation of being supported.
